2006.10.05: EXTREME VERTIGO 
For some reason, it's nearly impossible for graphic artists to avoid playing with the "X" in the word "extreme". That's probably because it's such an ideal letter to get creative with (it's symmetrical across both axes) and it's so uncommon in most words.
